Water colour test
These are pieces I created to try out perspective drawings with water colours on mini canvas, I believe they were a good practice into using water colours for my final piece.
My Final Piece
This is a depiction of the front of the college building. I created this piece using a flat canvas and water colour pencils. I am relatively happy with how it turned out, I started with the sky, which may have been a mistake, since the blue of the sky can be seen behind the building, however this isn’t too bad, I liked adding the detail to the wall with the brick work. If I were to do this again I would start with making the basic shapes for the buildings and sky without layering the colour since it creates some problems.
